Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal - 14 days

In accordance with the French Consumer Code (article L.221-18), you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order as long as production has not started. Contact us immediately at contact@undertone.fr and we will do our best to offer you a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

Contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will send you a free replacement. Please send us photos of the damage. If you wish for a refund rather than a replacement, the incorrect item must be returned (return shipping costs at our expense).

For orders not delivered due to failed attempts or an incomplete address, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind

Return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For framed artworks, initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Return your items via tracked or registered mail.

Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
